Whether you need a quick and simple reading or complex data logging, the ILT800 Radiometer does it all with any type of UV system
The ILT800 CureRight Radiometer is a UV light meter that delivers capabilities not found in any other UV ilight measuring system. The ILT800 Radiometer enables the user to measure UV light intensity across a broad range of UV curing systems, including spot devices, UV splash or flood curing systems, and conveyer type systems. The ILT800 Radiometer has been designed to deliver fast and accurate UV light intensity measurement, and can be configured and customized to your unique application.
The ILT800 CureRight UV Radiometer is designed to measure and validate all types of UV curing methods and sources including conveyor, belt, oven, flood, area, spot, fiber optic, collimated beam, side cure, 180° curing, 3D printing, pulsed and traditional UV lamps, and UV/VIS LEDs & light sources - all from one device!
And though ILT800 radiometer can be used as a quick and simple measuring device, it also outperforms other radiometers with features such as profiling of current/previous/stored measurements, ability to monitor, measure, view and export the date, time, temperature, irradiance, dose, cal due date, model and serial number, and battery status. User programmable settings include minimum light level threshold, lamp-to-lamp measurement interval (delay), time to auto shutoff, and auto/manual/live measurement modes. The ILT800 is the only radiometer with Device ID which allows users to program up to 20 unique system/source information, allowing users to store and export baselines and historical data for all their curing stations in one economically priced meter.
Features
Select the Model that Matches your UV Output The ILT800 spectral filtration was designed to match the optical UV output of your curing device to UV light which is directly related to its absorption, and is very wavelength selective. Most lamps emit broadband UV/VIS/IR, and the lamp's output may not change evenly over all wavelengths. The ILT800 filters were designed to monitor changes in output in the areas that effect the absorption, and in turn, the effectiveness of the curing. Whether you're using a low output fluorescent source for sterilization, high intensity mercury or xenon lamps for curing, or narrow-band LED's for photolithography, there is a version of the ILT800 optimized for your needs.
- Filtration options covering UVC to UV-VIS
