UV Flood or Splash Cure devices typically emit in one dimension, essentially "flooding" or "splashing" the unit to be cured with Ultraviolet Light. A great solution for hearing aid repair or modification when a larger area needs to be cured.
UV splash cure systems are typically less expensive, lower optical output devices typically used for smaller applications. They work great for hearing aid repair, or production applications where a device being cured can be left unattended for a few moments.
UV flood cure systems are an excellent solution for curing larger areas when more optical power is required. They are typically quite versatile and can be configured as a stand alone unit, mounted to a bench-top stand or frame, used with an optional enclosure to create a UV cure chamber, or mounted to a conveyer system for large scale production.
