Economy Single Pole UV LED Curing with Big Power
Building upon the popular Lightning SpotCure UV LED Curing Unit, the Lightning SpotCure Single Pole system integrates a probe holder for complete hands-free operation. The unit can be controlled by an operator supplied external momentary contact switch, or an optional footswitch. Lightning SpotCure utilizes a powerful high quality UV LED and unique lens technology to deliver optimum power and coverage, depending on your UV curing needs. Lenses are quickly and easily replaceable and can vary the optical output up to 18W/cm2 by simply swapping the lens. The optical output power is also adjustable, so the user can dial in the exact parameters needed for optimal cure. Lightning SpotCure can be operated by a switch on the curing probe, a switch on the console, an optional footswitch or remotely, and can operate using the precision timer or wired to operate when the footswitch or remote switch is depressed.

About the Lens Technology
Lightning SpotCure utilizes a unique replaceable lens technology that can achieve a wide range of optical power output levels by simply changing the lens. Combined with the Optical Output Power Adjustment, optimum results can be achieved for practically any spot curing application.
