Fotoplast S/IO UV shell material is an excellent choice for producing quality hearing aid shells. It cures to a hard finish and can also be used as a UV patching material for larger holes or cracks. Formulated to give consistent results, even for thin shells. Shell thickness is achieved by varying the cure time. The longer the cure time the thicker the shell. Available in standard hearing aid colors.
This material will have a tack layer upon curing completion which can be removed using an alcohol wipe.
